Would you buy Moses - if became for sale?
|
Yes - no more than 9 mill though
If option of another loan then I'd pass and buy another winger for that 9/10 million

I'm not sure what I would do with him. I'm a pharmacist so I suppose he could make tablets for me as he has experience but the wages would be too high.

No. He's a bit of a plonker in my book.

Although it doesn't answer the question, he oddly seems to get caught in possession, more so than any other player. Like he's got some sort of spatial awareness disability

When we first loaned him, he looked deadly. But in all honesty, he doesn't contribute much any more.
For £9M? I think I'll pass.

Decent enough squad player, pacy and skilful but not a regular starter for me. Funnily enough just how he has turned out at every other club. Can be brilliant for 45 mins or lazy or just completely missing at other times. I think if he had the attitude of Antonio he could be a top player but I can't see him changing.
I'd rather we looked at someone like Nathan Redmond at Norwich as someone we can help develop and could do a similar job.

I'd take him as a squad player for £5m.

He'll be on 75k plus at Chelsea. No way.

He's decent, one early game he was superb, Newcastle? Went off form a bit but he's good to have in the squad for now, not sure if he's worth buying though.

I hope we sign him if the money's about right. I think he probably needs a stable home, to be able to fulfil his potential

NO. Antonio is as good but is more versitile, works a lot harder and has a much better attitude.

Bit of a journeyman.
On reflection and using my extreme experience, knowledge and skill in judging these matters I would say
NO

Think he is in the Alex Song category where you have to question if he is really worth or justifies the 75k a week wages he is currently on plus you have the added cost of the transfer fee.
At the moment I am leaning on,
Moses: Probably not but see how he does from now to the end of the season.
Song: No

Also I get the feeling a deal for Gokhan Tore is already in the works so in that case there would not be a need for buying Moses.
